Megel Barker is the Middle School Principal at ABA Oman International School located in Muscat Oman. He is a veteran educator with over 25 years of experience in the classroom and school administration. His interests lie in school effectiveness and instructional leadership. Dr Barker presents regularly at international conferences including the ASCD - Teach to Lead, The Middle East School Leadership Conference, and The IB World conference. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics (IMA-UK), A Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE), hold the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (NPQH), and is a trained Danielson Framework Observer.
